Ling-Hui (Vicky) Su is a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Educational Management at the National Taipei University of Education. Her research focuses on school leadership, evidence-informed school improvement, teachers’ emotional labor, student learning, and the social and psychological well-being of students and educators in K-12 settings. Methodologically, she specializes in mixed methods research, meta-analysis, structural equation modeling, and the Delphi method.

During her research tenure, she has contributed to several projects funded by Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), including the Locomotive Project for Science Volunteers and the Interdisciplinary Program for New Scientists. These initiatives adopt innovative approaches to advancing science education and fostering students’ exploration of their interests through interdisciplinary learning.

Her work aligns with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in educational leadership by examining how school leaders cultivate inclusive learning environments that support both educators and students. Through her research, she explores how evidence-based leadership practices can address opportunity gaps and promote equitable learning experiences.

Her current work in the Leading Intentional Futures Together (LIFT) project examines how schools within broader learning ecosystems leverage internal and external resources to develop equity-driven education systems. Through this project, her research seeks to strengthen equity-centered leadership networks, fostering collaboration among educators, policymakers, and community partners to create inclusive and sustainable educational reforms that support diverse student populations.
